You only have to step foot on the doorstep of this little Breton house to feel the atmosphere of the place. The solid oak staircase leading to the first floor is an immediate eye-catcher and an invitation to daydream. This charming gîte, ideal for a couple, is cosy and bright.
This small, intimate house has a single bedroom under the roof and an en suite shower room, without compromising on comfort. A total of 90 m² of beautifully restored original materials, including terracotta floor tiles, oak beams and whitewashed walls.
Luxury accommodation for a couple
The living space on the ground floor has been entirely designed to make your stay as easy as possible: a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing your meals, a toilet that doubles as the upstairs toilet and a cosy lounge for listening to music or watching a film in the evening.
Travelling with your baby? In the little house, you'll find everything you need for your baby's well-being and your organisation: babydoo cot, triptrap high chair, bottle warmer and babycook, as well as safety gates and a baby bath.
A Breton environment
What more can you say? Perhaps that this charming gîte in Brittany for two people also respects the environment. The water comes from a spring in the Monts d'Arrée and the geothermal heating provides underfloor heating on the ground floor and thermostatically-controlled radiators upstairs.
The small house is attached to the large one, without affecting your peace and quiet. You can count on the original thick walls and the absence of overlooking views.
The same goes for your private terrace, which is separated by screen walls. What a pleasure to sit out there in fine weather, sipping a local cider and sharing a barbecue! Stroll around the 5,000 m² garden and relax in the shared jacuzzi. Your stay will be one of calm and serenity.
Once you've recharged your batteries, this little corner of Brittany will be all yours. If you're feeling sporty, electric bikes are available and there are plenty of hiking trails that will take you along the parish enclosures and into the Monts d'Arrée. Further afield, abbeys, industrial heritage, picturesque villages, a collection of contemporary art, the coastline and nature will provide the perfect excuse to get away from it all.

Beautiful family home, remarkably fitted out with quality materials, tasteful furniture, peaceful setting with hiking opportunities. Excellent welcome from the owners, who are very kind and attentive.
La Petite Maison du Domaine de Linguinou is an old building that has been tastefully renovated and is very well equipped. The place is very quiet. The owner is charming, thoughtful and very responsive. This gîte is an excellent base for relaxing, swimming in the pool, walking or cycling in the surrounding area. There are small shops and markets to stock up on supplies. There is no shortage of places of interest, both historical and natural, nearby, and you can easily explore the whole of Finistère within an hour's drive.
Our host was very attentive, and the estate is perfect: quiet and everything is available.

Excellent stay - very well appointed house with great care and high-quality equipment. Fully equipped kitchen, superb bathroom and very comfortable bed. Jacuzzi and new swimming pool are great assets. The location is very quiet, with plenty of opportunities for walks in the surrounding area. There is also plenty to discover culturally. Excursions further afield to towns or the coast are feasible, but with more crowds and traffic. Why seek out the crowds when everything is so good here?
Very relaxing gîte, cool inside, with great facilities: swimming pool, sauna, shared electric bikes. Lovely walks in the Monts d'Arrée. The owner is available and welcoming.
