Fishing

Fishing at Lac du Drennec

Lac du Drennec is also a renowned venue for 1ʳᵉ category fishing and considered to be one of the largest trout reservoirs in France.
The northern cove of the lake is reserved for fly-fishing and no-kill fishing for fario trout, offering an experience that respects the natural environment.
As well as fario trout, which come from the natural stock of the surrounding streams, rainbow trout come from the fish farm at the foot of the dam.
For novice anglers, an instructor from the Finistère fishing association can accompany you on sessions by the lake, in a kayak or on the River Elorn.

The north of Finistère boasts a wonderful palette of colours, rough seas, turquoise beaches, picturesque villages and harbours that reveal the history of authentic Brittany and its fierce beauty.

Head for discreet Brittany, and the all-too-often forgotten city of Brest: the Océanopolis or the Capucins will move you.

Parish enclosures

Parish enclosures offer a religious and historical vision of Brittany. Typical of the region's villages, these monuments, built between the 15th and 17th centuries, are veritable architectural gems.

On 18 February 2022 in Saint-Thégonnec, the Department of Finistère launched the application for the Finisterian parish enclosures to be included on UNESCO's World Heritage List.

Lovers of stone will be enchanted by the masterpieces that rival each other in magnificence between Morlaix and Brest.

In the area around Domaine de Linguinou, we'll be highlighting those in Sizun and Saint-Trégonnec. Not to be missed.
