The DOMAINE de LINGUINOU is a peaceful and relaxing place in a French country setting, far from any major roads.

That said, you will be seduced by the beauty and serenity of the 110-hectare lake – lac du Drennec located within a 10-minute walk (easy access). Hikers, swimmers and wateractivity lovers, this place is for you! You will have the choice between busy days discovering the region and lazy days at the gite or by the lake.

  • The Drennec lake (category one classification) is also great for fly fishing enthusiasts (day or week pass).
  • Also, the Elorn – a small coastal river and one of the two rivers feeding the lake – is considered, downstream of the dam, to be one of the most beautiful salmon rivers in Brittany!

ELECTRIC BIKES (*)

For those who want to get out and about and enjoy our beautiful region during their stay, the DOMAINE de LINGUINOU has four electric bikes…

These bikes are available for half-day or full-day rental. You can book them upon arrival – or during your stay depending on availability. You can explore the immediate surroundings of the domain, go down to the Elorn valley or discover the Monts d'Arrée whenever you want… all this, at your own pace...!

SPA (*)

When returning to the estate after a busy hiking day or after exhausting relaxation sessions, you might want to enjoy the benefits of a SPA?
No problem! A facility is available for five people (three seats, two beds). You have free access all day long. To fully satisfy our customers, a daily schedule has been set up.

(*) The spa will only be accessible as of the beginning of August 2021.

In addition to the GR380 hiking trail, the Armorique Regional Natural Park’s wild and preserved nature offers casual or experienced hikers many country trails ranging from the easiest to the steepest, often leading to superb viewpoints!

Please note: for horse lovers that many horse riding centres are located around the domain, the first one less than 5km (3 miles) away!

... And 45 minutes away from the domain, you will find the Breton coastline…

Discover the famous GR 34 – known as "sentier des douaniers" in French (the former custom’s path) – which runs along the Breton coast for over 1500 km (932 miles)! You will see postcard-like landscapes with the Atlantic Ocean always in the background (... or the English Channel if you are north of Brest!).
